This Explicit Consent Text is prepared to obtain your explicit consent to the live streaming of SetZone matches, under Articles 5/1 and 6/2 of Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and Article 9 (international transfers). For general information on the processing of your personal data see the Data Processing Notice, and for detailed rights and obligations see Article 7 of the Terms of Service. The notice is an information duty; this text is a separate explicit consent based on your approval.

2. What You Consent To

You give explicit consent to the following processing:

Recording of your image and audio via court-side cameras and microphones during matches.
Broadcasting that image and audio — together with your name / username, partner-team information, scores and performance data — live and recorded, publicly over the internet, including on YouTube and other third-party platforms.
The broadcast remaining accessible indefinitely, replayable and archivable; and the Company’s use of the image and recordings for service provision, promotion, marketing, social media and platform content (under the license in Article 7 of the Terms).
The transfer of your personal data for these purposes to our providers abroad (YouTube / Google — USA and related technical providers) (KVKK Art. 9).

3. Nature of Consent and Withdrawal

This explicit consent is given of your own free will. You may withdraw it at any time by notifying [email protected]. Withdrawal is effective only for the future, applied to the extent technically possible, and has no retroactive effect on content already broadcast live.

4. If You Do Not Consent

You are not obliged to consent to live streaming. If you do not, you may choose not to participate in live-streamed matches and can continue to use the platform’s non-broadcast features (leagues/tournaments, score tracking, standings, etc.).
