You can request the deletion of your SetZone account and associated personal data at any time. This is part of your right to erasure/destruction under Articles 7 and 11 of Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
How to request
You can submit your request by clicking the button below or by e-mailing [email protected] directly. So that we can verify your account, please send your request from the e-mail address registered to your account and include your full name.

- Your account and profile data (first name, last name, e-mail, phone, date of birth, gender, city, profile photo, bio).
- Your notification preferences and push notification identifiers (push token).
- Your referral records.
- Your session and technical logs.
- Your match, score and standings records are dissociated from your identity (anonymized) or deleted.
Data that may be retained
Due to our legal obligations (e.g. tax and commercial legislation), certain records may be retained for the applicable limitation/retention periods; such data is kept solely for that purpose and is deleted or anonymized at the end of the period. Additionally, for content already broadcast live and published on third-party platforms (e.g. YouTube), the effect of deletion is subject to technical limitations (see Terms of Service, Article 7).
Timeframe
Depending on its nature, your request is concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest and you are informed of the outcome.
