This Privacy Policy explains how Noma Teknoloji ve Bilişim Hizmetleri Ltd. Şti. (“Noma Teknoloji”, the “Company”, “we”), operator of the SetZone platform (“SetZone”, the “Platform”), processes your personal data when you use the Platform. 2. Personal Data We Process

Depending on your use of the Platform, we may process the following personal data:

• Identity and contact: first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number.
• Profile: date of birth, gender, city, profile photo, bio, website, preferred play formats and availability.
• Account and security: your password (stored irreversibly hashed), session and cookie data.
• Sports and performance: matches, scores, rating/rank, league and tournament participation, statistics.
• Audio-visual: video and audio captured by court-side cameras during live-streamed matches.
• Transactional and marketing: referral codes, people you invite, notification preferences.
• Technical: IP address, device and browser information, push notification identifiers (push token), logs.

3. Purposes of Processing

• Create your membership, manage your account and verify your identity.
• Organize leagues, tournaments and matches; provide pairing, scoring and standings services.
• Live-stream and archive matches.
• Send you notifications (push, e-mail) and provide support.
• Ensure Platform security and prevent fraud and abuse.
• Improve our services and perform statistical analysis.
• Comply with our legal obligations.

4. Cookies

The Platform uses strictly necessary cookies to maintain your session, remember your preferences and ensure security, as well as cookies to measure performance. You can manage cookies from your browser settings; disabling strictly necessary cookies may render some Platform features unusable.

5. Service Providers and International Transfers

To provide our services we share some of your data, to the extent necessary, with trusted service providers. As some of them are located abroad, the relevant data may be transferred internationally in accordance with the KVKK and based on your explicit consent:

• OneSignal (USA) — delivery of mobile and web push notifications.
• Resend (USA/EU) — sending transactional and informational e-mails.
• Sentry (USA) — error and performance monitoring (technical logs).
• YouTube / Google (USA) — live-streaming of matches.

Our servers and your data are primarily hosted in Türkiye (see Section 7).

6. Live Streams

Matches organized on SetZone may be streamed live and recorded via court-side cameras. Participating in a match constitutes your explicit consent to the broadcasting of your image and audio. For details and your rights, please review the ‘Live Streaming’ section of the Terms of Service.

7. Data Security and Hosting

Your data is primarily hosted at the İstanbul Mars Data Center and backed up at the Ankara Vaultr data center for business continuity and disaster recovery. We apply technical and administrative measures — such as encryption in transit and at rest, access control, logging and regular backups — to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss and disclosure.

8. Retention Periods

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it is processed and for the statutory limitation/retention periods set out in applicable law. At the end of these periods the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized. If you close your account, your data is deleted or anonymized, subject to statutory retention obligations.

9. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)

As a data subject, you have the right to:

• learn whether your personal data is processed;
• request information if it has been processed;
• learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly;
• know the third parties to whom the data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad;
• request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurate;
• request erasure or destruction within the conditions set out in the KVKK;
• request that corrections/erasures be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred;
• object to a result against you produced solely by automated analysis of your data;
• claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

10. Age Limit (18+)

SetZone is intended only for individuals aged 18 or older. We assume no one under 18 registers on the Platform; where we determine otherwise, the relevant account and data are deleted.

11. Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The current version is always published on this page; we announce material changes through appropriate channels. The ‘Last updated’ date at the top reflects the latest version.
