2. Personal Data Processed

Identity and contact: first name, last name, e-mail, phone.
Profile: date of birth, gender, city, profile photo, bio.
Account and security: password hash, session/cookie, IP, logs, push token.
Sports and performance: matches, scores, rating, league/tournament participation, statistics.
Audio-visual: live-stream camera image and audio recording.
Marketing: referral codes, notification preferences.

3. Purposes of Processing

Creation and management of your membership.
Organization of leagues/tournaments and matches, scoring and standings services.
Live-streaming and archiving of matches.
Notifications, support and security.
Fulfilment of legal obligations.

4. Legal Grounds

Your personal data is processed under Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK on the following legal grounds:

Establishment or performance of a contract (membership and provision of services).
Express provision in law and fulfilment of a legal obligation.
Establishment, exercise or protection of a right.
Legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
Your explicit consent (for live-stream image/audio recordings, commercial electronic messages/marketing and international transfers).

5. Method of Collection

Your personal data is collected electronically through forms you complete on the web and mobile app, your account activities, automated means during your use of the Platform (cookies, logs, push identifier) and via cameras/microphones during matches.

6. Transfers

Your data may be transferred to our suppliers and business partners in Türkiye for the provision of the service; and, based on your explicit consent, to service providers abroad (OneSignal – push, Resend – e-mail, Sentry – error monitoring, YouTube/Google – live streaming) and to legally authorized public authorities. Your servers are hosted primarily in İstanbul and backed up in Ankara.

7. Specific Notice on Live Streaming

SetZone matches may be streamed live and recorded via court-side cameras. Participating in a match means you give explicit consent to the recording and broadcasting of your image and audio. The related rights and obligations are set out in detail in the Terms of Service.

8. Your Rights (KVKK Art. 11)

learn whether your personal data is processed;
request information if it has been processed;
learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly;
know the third parties to whom the data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad;
request correction if the data is incomplete or inaccurate;
request erasure or destruction within the conditions set out in the KVKK;
request that corrections/erasures be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred;
object to a result against you produced solely by automated analysis of your data;
claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
